Cool Capital Biennale 2014 program launched

The Cool Capital 2014 Biennale is around the corner, with only 35 days to go until the launch; view the final programme.

Cool Capital is citizen-led and really about citizens taking ownership and responsibility to creatively re-imagine the Capital City. What do we like about our city? What makes it unique? How can we make it better?

That means there are numerous citizen-led interventions all over the city: The beautification of streets, designer stickers for dustbins etc. We do not organize these events per se. The public merely informs us that this is their "contribution" to the city as part of Cool Capital. We then post these photographs on our website and social media platforms.

The second part of the biennale is physical events that re organized by a dedicated team of programme directors. (Each programme director takes responsibility for one aspect of the biennale i.e. film festivals / music concerts / opening party / public art installations etc.) The list of programme directors and their programme can be found on the Biennale website.
