The city's 1st proper Gourmet Burger and Craft Beer bar has finally opened. With a top chef applying her considerable skills to developing the best burgers in town expect some fireworks. The new facility is downstairs from the award winning De Kloof restaurant at the Waterkloof Golf Club and is complimented by sweeping views, free parking, an award winning wine list and huge selection of Craft beers.
Check out the new menu and weep - and yes, the now famous Wagyu burger is back at the bar. In Mario's words in a recent review: I have never enjoyed a meal as much as I did that burger. If ever there was a contender for the perfect gourmet burger, De Kloof's Wagyu beef would take the crown."
But wait, that's not all! Come now and you can also sample Naked Mexican, Boston Premium Lager and Van Hunks Pumpkin Ale ON TAP. That's right folks, a Boston Lager draught for only R23. Yikes I hear you say? "Are they crazy" I hear you ask. Yep, we're fanatical about drinking REAL beer. But enough of the infomercial speak; these new beers by Master brewer Chris Barnard are good enough to get you serious about real beer!
