The TTA announces the new board appointments of Franco Jordan - Chairperson, Prem Gangiah - Vice chairperson and Srinivas Venkatkumar - Treasurer as from April 2011. This move was done after the TTA Annual General meeting that was held end March 2011.
The executive committee still remains the same with a few resignations from Ismail Carr, Sandy Mignot, Craig Allenby and Charl Pretorius in the previous year and the addition of Elsa Daniels from The Voortrekker Monument.
It was decided at the Board meeting following the AGM that if members are interested to serve on the Board of the Association they should send a motivation to the TTA for co-opting in the next Board meeting. These latest moves are aimed at building a strong organisation and to actively facilitate and promote the growth of tourism in the City.
